Hi Precious: a few points of feedback: Car related: - very comfortable seats and pop up roof is perfect for viewing animals - ⁠fridge box in the car is very handy - ⁠car chargers don’t work - ⁠maybe advise guests to bring a speaker for music in the car as the radio doesn’t work Rwenzori: - snow heights is very nice and they were helpful and well organised - great experience and beautiful scenery - ⁠definitely advise guests to arrive to John matte or Bujuku huts because they were the highlight - ⁠wellington boots need to be added to the packing list - ⁠advice on tips should be provided before the trek to allow visitors to plan finances Enganzi and QE - great lodgings - ⁠they can improve their pool amenities (towels, umbrellas/trees for shade/ pool cleanliness) - ⁠boat safari is great and we enjoyed the game drive - ⁠it could be good to suggest a night game drive there too - ⁠I think we would have enjoyed the chimp tracking too and the gorge is beautiful there - ronald tried to arrange it for us very kindly but it didn’t work out - not a problem! - ⁠nice to be on top of the hill with a breeze - ⁠drive to Bwindi via the park is great Gorilla Mist and Bwindi - fantastic experience - ⁠everything was perfectly organised - ⁠lodge is nice, not the best we stayed at but very convenient for the trek and food was good hyena hill and mburo - Great lodge, beautiful rooms, food, location and atmosphere - ⁠most eco friendly place we visited with solar panels and no plastic bottles (more lodgings should be like this) - ⁠we really enjoyed the game drive in Mburo and might have been good to do either an extra night one or an early morning one to have time to get to the lake - ⁠⁠perfect stopover for Kampala General: - Ronald is fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel very safe throughout the trip. Really keen to show us everything Uganda has to offer and answer our requests and adapt the trip to our needs - ⁠we have really appreciated your help and responsiveness with organising this trip! You have been incredibly present throughout and have recommended excellent options to us. - ⁠Rwenzori guides, chefs, porters were very kind and well organised. Particularly Robert, our head guide, was marvellous. - ⁠we really liked doing the Central circuit because it was community led - compared to the Kilembe one. I think you should make it clear that this is the big difference between the two circuits because tourists would want to know. - ⁠much better to do the trip this way round with the hiking first followed by the more relaxing aspects of the trip (and the drive to fort portal is definitely better to get out of the way first) - ⁠really perfect organisation with Ronald handling payments, park entry etc. no time wasted. Maybe make it clear on the itinerary that it’s full board minus drinks because that wasn’t very clear to me. - ⁠Please clarify the expectation for tips and give us a rough guide of how much is expected because this was our first experience with this kind of trip and we would have been able to plan our finances better (including how much cash to bring). This could be tied in with giving us a breakdown of the cost of the various parts of the trip so we can see how much we have spent for each feature. - ⁠providing us automatically with an invoice for the gorillas and initial deposit would have been helpful - ⁠we enjoyed having the pre trip briefing to meet you and Ronald before the trip - ⁠if going for the long drive to Fort Portal maybe packed lunches would have been better than stopping for lunch because we wasted some time (but enjoyed the Rolex!) - ⁠when offering the itinerary we would have appreciated a few more details on activities and lodges. For example every type of game drive, nature walk, trakking available in each park - so we can choose what suits us best. A few more lodging options with a breakdown of the amenities in each lodge. Altogether these are minor details and we have had a really fantastic experience with your company and the trip couldn’t have been better! We shall have to come back for more and we will recommend you to friends and family who are travelling to uganda.
